Shipping Information
At Cevi Natural, each order is carefully prepared and packaged by hand. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume, especially during holidays or special launches.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Responsibility & Ownership
All orders ship from Cevi Natural once payment is confirmed. Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer.
Cevi Natural is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees.
Domestic & International Orders
At this time, Cevi Natural ships only within the United States.
International shipping is not available.
Delivery Details
We ship primarily via USPS or other carriers as needed. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage so we can assist you.
Cevi Natural is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier and, if necessary, a police report.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our handmade, personal care, and hygiene products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we are happy to assist if:
- An item is missing
- You received an incorrect item
These issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or combined once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
